Step 1
Scan the equipment
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the pedestal, water outlet, gate, light or other connected equipment. EMIKO opens the correct service point automatically.
For customers
Scan the equipment, follow the steps in the app and pay for the amount you use.
Six steps, from the code on the equipment to the finished order.
Step 1
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the pedestal, water outlet, gate, light or other connected equipment. EMIKO opens the correct service point automatically.
Step 2
If you already have EMIKO, the service opens in the app. If not, you can install the mobile app or continue in a browser and create your account.
Step 3
Some services are open to every registered customer. Others require approval from the EMIKO Partner operating that location. If approval is needed, the correct request opens automatically.
Step 4
Check the selected equipment, service and price. Connect your cable or hose when required, then confirm and press start.
Step 5
The app shows your measured consumption and current cost while the service is active. You can stop the service from your phone at any time.
Step 6
Stop the service and disconnect your equipment. EMIKO completes the order using the recorded consumption. Pay in the app or, if approved by the Partner, receive an invoice according to your account terms.
Use the EMIKO map to find participating locations and see the services they provide. Where a Partner publishes live information, you may also see availability, weather or water conditions before travelling.
Your account is not tied to one marina or one operator. Use the same login at every participating location, then request the access you need from the relevant EMIKO Partner.
Each Partner remains responsible for its own:
Review the price before starting and pay through EMIKO. The final charge is based on the measured quantity used.
If the EMIKO Partner has approved your company or account, you may start without prepayment and receive an invoice under the Partner's agreed billing terms.
In both cases, the service is metered per order and your order history shows what was used.
Everything you need for a service, from finding it to paying for it, stays in one place.
Access approvals, local prices and equipment availability are managed by the EMIKO Partner operating that location. Contact that Partner when an access request is pending or when local equipment needs attention.
For account or application support, use the EMIKO contact page.
