Customer onboarding
Approve customers without slowing down arrivals
Review who is requesting access, what they need and where they need it. Approve the request remotely, without requiring an office visit or issuing a physical credential.
A request with the context needed to decide
When restricted equipment is scanned, EMIKO creates an access request for the responsible Partner. The request identifies the registered customer and the equipment or service requested.
Remote approval takes effect at the requested equipment.
What your team can do with a request
Approval covers only what was asked for, and can be limited further.
- Confirm the customer identity and organisation
- Review the requested location and equipment
- Approve only the services required
- Apply time limits where appropriate
- Set the relevant billing treatment
- Decline or withdraw access when required
One customer registration across EMIKO locations
Customers register once and use the same EMIKO identity at participating locations. They do not need to create a separate account for every Partner.
The Partner remains in control of access to its own services. Open equipment can be made available immediately, while restricted equipment follows the Partner's approval process.
Access without cards, keys or office hours
Digital access removes the need to issue, replace and recover physical credentials for every customer or temporary user.
- Approve requests remotely
- Apply access to the named user
- Withdraw it without collecting an item
- Keep a record of approvals and changes
- Support arrivals outside staffed hours
Move from approval to active service
After approval, the requested equipment becomes available in the customer's application. The customer can review the service and price, then start it without a member of staff attending the equipment.
