Equipment control

Control connected equipment from one place

Operate supported outlets, lighting, gates, pumps and other equipment through a consistent interface, whether your team is on location or working remotely.

Controls that follow the equipment

Every asset shows its current state and the actions it supports. A power outlet is not controlled like a gate, and a lighting zone is not controlled like a pump. EMIKO preserves those differences while keeping the operating experience consistent.

Switch position and colour both show state, so the control does not rely on colour alone.

What your team can operate

The available actions follow the equipment configuration approved for each asset.

  • Switch an individual outlet or connected asset
  • Operate lighting by fixture, zone or installation
  • Open authorised gates and barriers
  • Start or stop supported pumps and other connected equipment
  • View current state before issuing a command

Organise control at the right level

Individual equipment

Control a specific outlet, post, gate, light or pump.

Groups and zones

Operate related equipment together, such as a quay lighting zone or a defined distribution area.

Complete installations

Treat a larger installation, such as bridge lighting, as one operational object where the equipment configuration supports it.

Schedules with accountable overrides

Set recurring schedules for supported equipment and apply a manual override when operational work runs beyond the normal period.

The underlying schedule remains available, while the activity record identifies who issued the override and when.

  • Schedules by zone, day or season
  • Daylight control on supported equipment
  • Temporary manual overrides
  • Recorded commands and responsible users

Give control only where it belongs

Role-based permissions determine which users can view and operate each business, location, equipment group or individual asset. Customer control is granted separately through delegated access.
