The EMIKO Partner Platform
Bring equipment control, customer access, metering, payments, monitoring and reporting together across every location and business you manage.
EMIKO supports ports, marinas, municipalities, public infrastructure, industrial operations, work sites and agricultural businesses that provide or control shared services.
EMIKO connects the physical equipment with the people who operate it and the customers authorised to use it.
Define who can use each service, at which location, on which equipment and for how long.
Control connected equipment remotely, apply schedules and manage multiple locations from the same Partner account.
Record electricity, water and other supported values at the equipment and attach usage to the correct customer order.
Accept payment in the customer app or send approved account usage to the Partner's invoicing process.
See equipment state, measured values, alarms and history in the same operational environment.
EMIKO is not limited to one marina, one location or one equipment family. A Partner can manage several legal entities and operational locations from one account, with separate access rights and reporting for each.
Customers use the same EMIKO account across participating locations. The Partner keeps control of local access, service availability, pricing and billing rules.
Selecting a business changes the equipment, users, permissions and reports you are working with.
For the Partner, every step remains connected to the customer, asset and order.
Vikingegaarden manufactures equipment for power, water, access, lighting and environmental monitoring. Selected existing pedestals, gates and lighting systems can also be assessed for connection to EMIKO.
EMIKO includes role-based access, organisational scoping and documented hosting, backup and data-processing arrangements. Vikingegaarden can provide supporting material for supplier assessment and NIS 2-related procurement review.
EMIKO documentation supports the Partner's assessment; it does not make the Partner automatically compliant with NIS 2.
Evaluate EMIKO on one pontoon, gate, depot, distribution area or selected group of equipment. Confirm the customer journey, metering and reporting against your own process, then expand across additional services and locations.
