Lighting
A berth holder can operate lighting assigned to that berth. Where configured, the measured energy is added to the customer's usage record.
Customer and access management
Assign customers, employees and contractors to specific equipment and permitted actions. Add billing when their usage should be charged, or provide operational access without billing.
An EMIKO permission can connect a named user or organisation with the business, the equipment, the permitted actions and the billing treatment.
Access to one gate, outlet or lighting zone does not automatically grant access to the rest of the operation.
Each grant is recorded against the administrator who made it.
Where a customer is authorised to operate connected equipment, the control appears in the Customer application. Metered usage remains linked to the customer order and can be paid in the app or invoiced under agreed account terms.
A berth holder can operate lighting assigned to that berth. Where configured, the measured energy is added to the customer's usage record.
An authorised customer can open the relevant gate from the app. The activity record identifies who used it and when.
The same permission model controls access to specific outlets and services, with consumption recorded for each order.
Give contractors, agency staff or employees only the controls required for their work. Billing can be disabled, access can be time-limited and the permission can be withdrawn when the work finishes.
Permissions remain scoped to the selected business and location. A user authorised in one operation does not automatically gain access to another business managed through the same Partner account.
