Data and metering

Turn connected equipment data into operational clarity

See current conditions, equipment state and measured consumption in the same platform as the assets producing the data.

Data that remains connected to its source

A measurement is most useful when the operator knows where it came from, which equipment it affects and what happened around it. EMIKO keeps readings connected to the relevant business, location and asset.

Each measurement is presented using the chart, gauge or directional display appropriate to it.

What the platform holds

Teams can move from a value to its operational context without changing system.

  • Current readings and equipment state
  • Historical values and trends
  • Thresholds and notifications
  • Public sharing of selected data
  • Structured records for reporting and integration

Environmental, water and consumption data

WeatherStation

Collects supported weather and location data such as wind speed, wind direction, water level, air pressure, humidity and temperature. Values are presented using the chart, gauge or directional display appropriate to the measurement.

OceanWatcher

Uses radar-based monitoring for water level and other configured water conditions. Live values can support harbour operations, works planning and external information services.

EnergyLogger

Collects consumption from supported electricity, heat and water meters over the configured GSM or Wi-Fi connection. Where MID-approved meters are used, the recorded values can support defensible consumption and invoicing records.

Consumption remains connected to the relevant equipment and, where the service is customer-operated, to the individual order.

Use the same data in four ways

Monitor

See the latest value beside the connected asset.

Understand

Use history to identify trends, abnormal consumption and recurring conditions.

Act

Apply EMIKO Warning to measured values and equipment states.

Share

Use EMIKO EasyShare to publish selected live values without providing Partner access.

From measurement to business record

EMIKO can use metered data to create service records containing the customer, equipment, period, quantity and settlement state. The Oeconomia API can then transfer the structured record to the Partner's financial environment.
