EMIKO APP

1. Start with a scan

Point your camera at the QR code on the outlet or equipment.
That’s all you need to do.

What happens automatically

  • If the app is not installed, you are redirected to the App Store or Google Play.
  • If you are not signed in, you can sign in using Google, Microsoft, or email.
  • If access is required, the request opens automatically.
2. Get access (only if required)

Some equipment is public.
Some equipment is reserved for specific use.

If access is required:

  • The request opens automatically after scanning.
  • You will be notified once access is approved.
  • After approval, the equipment opens directly in the app.
3. Start the service

Once the equipment is available:

  • Plug in your cable or connect the hose.
  • Select the service (electricity or water).
  • Choose the amount if required.
  • Confirm, pay and start.
4. Using the service

While the service is running, you can:

  • See usage in real time.
  • See remaining balance (if applicable).
  • Stop the service at any time from the app.
5. Finish and leave

To finish, simply:

  • Unplug the cable
  • Disconnect the hose

The service stops automatically. You can also close the order directly from the app if needed.

Trusted customers (if enabled)

Some partners allow trusted customers.

As a trusted customer:

  • You can start services without prepayment.
  • You will receive an invoice according to the partner’s billing terms.
